Orange Shirt Day

Join Regina’s Diversity and Inclusion Network for the Orange Shirt Day walk.

Friday, September 29
11 a.m. – 1 p.m.
City Square Plaza, Victoria Park

Orange Shirt Day is an opportunity to continue to expand the discussion on all aspects of residential schools every year. Come together with Indigenous people, local governments, schools and communities in the spirit of reconciliation and hope for generations of children to come. The event includes speakers, a short walk through downtown, and a round dance.

Please see the attached map for walking route.

You’ll also find a couple of posters attached. Please print off one or both, fill them out and bring them with you on the walk. You can also snap a picture of you holding your poster and share it online using #ReconciliationSK, or email it to reconciliationsk@otc.ca.
