Willie J. Ermine is an Assistant Professor with the First Nations University of Canada and is from the Sturgeon Lake First Nation. He is a well-respected community leader and has published numerous academic articles including a widely read paper entitled “Ethical Space”.

Some of the discussions about truth and reconciliation in our community can become tense and challenging (e.g., in providing good customer service to the Aboriginal Community). In this session, Willie will guide us on how to approach reconciliation through open and honest conversation. He will reflect on recent experiences, and we encourage participants to come prepared with their own questions and scenarios.
