MCoS March 21st Poster featured in Poland
Recently, MCoS was contacted by Eliza Gaust, from the Marek Edelman Dialogue Center in Lodz, Poland, about featuring our March 21st poster in a project. This poster was created in 2014 for our March 21st campaign with the text, “Only laundry should be separated by colour”. This 2014 poster campaign was developed in partnership with the Saskatchewan Human Rights Commission. We have continued to use it due to the positive feedback and requests for copies.
The Marek Edelman Dialogue Center planned and executed a large-scale interdisciplinary project entitled STEREO/TYPES, dedicated to the idea of dialogue and acceptance. The project consisted of films, discussions, exhibitions and the Human Library event. The whole project and event was held on November 16, 2015 – declared by the UN as the International Day of Tolerance.
The exhibition of World Social Campaigns (posters and videos) was presented in a popular place in the city of Lodz – the Manufaktura Center. This is where MCoS’ poster was displayed as part of the World Social Campaigns featured in the display. We are very proud and honoured to have our campaign work featured in this project.
