Survey: Arts Ecology of Saskatchewan

Attention singers, dancers, writers, painters, jewelry makers, sewers, storytellers, actors, potters and other artists:

The Saskatchewan Partnership for Arts Research (SPAR) is studying the arts ecology of Saskatchewan and needs a large number of responses from artists and members of the general public to ensure a representative sample. It is important that those who practice arts from various ethnocultural traditions respond in order to be reflected and included as artists in Saskatchewan.

Please contact SPAR @uregina.ca to add your name to our list of research participants AND register with the Saskatchewan Arts Alliance Artist Registry: SAA Artist Registry. MCoS strongly encourages you to complete the survey.

If you are not an artist, there is also a survey for the general public. Click here http://classclimate.cc.uregina.ca/classclimate/online.php and enter the password SPAR3.

The success of this survey will help the SPAR partners (the Saskatchewan Arts Alliance, Saskatchewan Arts Board, SaskCulture and University of Regina), arts organizations/agencies, and governments to  develop appropriate programs, policies and funding to strengthen the arts, cultural and economic fabric of the province. Let’s make sure many traditions are included. Please forward this survey link widely.

Survey deadline is May 14th – so act now!
