  • Nominees should attend the Annual General Meeting on Saturday, June 25, 2022 at Wanuskewin Heritage Park in Saskatoon.

    MCoS constitution states: In order to run for the positions of President or Vice President, a member must have served least one term on the MCoS board within the past five years.

There will be an online Q&A session on Thursday, May 12 at 7:00 p.m. This is highly recommended for potential nominees. Register here. All candidates must submit nomination forms by May 31, 2022. If you are unable to attend, please submit a short video. In order for the membership to be informed about candidates, we will circulate nominations, along with financial statements and the annual report, prior to the annual general meeting.

    As a nominee, you are required to send a 1-2 minutes video about ‘what you will contribute to MCoS’. You do not need to repeat the information in your bio.     1) AT LEAST 18 YEARS OF AGE, 2) OF SOUND MIND (NOT FOUND TO BE OF UNSOUND MIND BY A COURT IN CANADA OR ELSEWHERE), 3) AN INDIVIDUAL, AND 4) NOT BANKRUPT. SIGNING THIS NOMINATION DOCUMENT CONSTITUTES A DECLARATION THAT YOU SATISFY THESE CRITERIA.
