Spargelfest 2026
Asparagus – Spargel – is the royal amongst the vegetables.
In Germany, you will find three varieties: green, white, and purple.
Here in the Canadian prairies we will have to make due with only the green one.
German Council Regina’s Annual Spargelfest is a culinary highlight. All 4 courses will feature asparagus, and highlight its versatility.
They have two days available:
- Friday – April 17, 2026
- Saturday – April 18, 2026
- Cocktails at 6:00 pm
- Supper at 7:00 pm
