Exploring Bias:
A Team Workshop (Virtual)
This team workshop will establish some of the fundamentals of inclusion, diversity, equity and accessibility (IDEA) and then tackle one of the most pervasive barriers to inclusion in the workplace: unconscious bias. Leveraging the experience of participants through discussions and group activities, you’ll explore the sources and mechanics of bias as well as its impact in the workplace.
