The Anti-Racism Network of Saskatoon, PAVED Arts staff, and board invite you to come and participate in a conversation about anti-racism in the arts.
In this 3-part series, we invite you to share, listen, and question the role of organizations, artists, arts-admin, and boards through the lens of anti-racism.
Part 2 of this series will be guided by conversations on:
• Strategies to include more BIPOC and 2SLGBTQ+ voices in all additional PAVED programming (Media Screenings, senior production residencies, live performance events, etc.)
• Strategies to include more BIPOC and 2SLGBTQ+ voices in workshop programming, both for attendees and facilitators.
• The importance of compensating artists well for their contributions to the creative landscape on the prairies
• Strategies to include more BIPOC and 2SLGBTQ+ voices in our own administration of grant funding opportunities and paid selection juries.
