Willie Ermine

Willie J. Ermine is an Assistant Professor Emeritus with the First Nations University of Canada. Willie is from the Sturgeon Lake First Nation in the north central part of Saskatchewan where he now works in the area of traditional health. Willie has worked extensively with Elders in his research and works with the traditional health program in his community in pursuing and reviving traditional knowledge for wellness. His research is in the areas of ethics and cross-cultural spaces of human communities and has keen interest is the nature of indigenous thought. He has published numerous academic articles including widely read academic papers entitled “Ethical Space” and “aboriginal epistemology.”

Bannock and beverages will be provided during the event.

Event is first come, first served. Please arrive 10 minutes early. Capacity is 75 people.
