There’s no question; Chanukah is a Jewish holiday. However, the message is very, very universal. It’s a time of celebration. It’s a time to express freedom of religion and how proud we are that we’re able to practice our religion here in this beautiful country called Canada.

Walk with us as we take you on the following virtual journey.
“BEFORE TREATY” – Worldview and Indigeneity “AT TREATY” – Numbered Treaties
“AFTER TREATY” – Breaches of Treaty “TODAY” – Contemporary Treaty Issues
This journey includes with practical strategies on how to teach Treaties in the classroom.
Treaty Learning Journey will be comprised of two virtual days: February 1 & 2, 2024 from 9 am to 3 pm
Attendance to all 4 sessions is required to receive a certificate.
Registration is $300 for both days.
Vendor fee is $200.
Breakfast and Lunch will be provided for paid delegates.

Call for Submissions is open for THREADS: Cultural Conversations 2024. We are looking for talented performers, artists, musicians, poets and storytellers to be part of our event and share their ideas and stories with our audience from 42 countries around the world. In the past, we’ve had speakers talk about their heritage, experience and learning from other cultures, and present their art work. We would be happy if you could share it with your staff, members, network and all who would be interested.
